My name is Eline, I'm 30 years old, and I play the violin from the age of four. If it was up to me, I would have started a year earlier. My parents are both musicians (not violinists by the way) and they thought that three years was very young to start playing the violin, so I had to wait. A year later I shouted angry that I really wanted to play the violin and that was how it happened.
Music and violin have always been part of my life, even though I have not made it into my profession. I really like about the Riciotti that both conservatory students and amateurs participate. The program is diverse, just like the people we play for. I had already heard a lot about the Riciotti and when I had the chance to join this tour, I was totally prepared to empty my agenda for three weeks (last minute).
