Want to perform with Ricciotti?

Three times a year, when Ricciotti tours, forty musicians set off together.  Often, the group mostly consists of the same members. That's a good sign: Ricciotti's members are strongly committed. Nevertheless, sometimes a member isn't able to join a tour, or leaves the orchestra after years of membership.

To play with Ricciotti, you first need to audition. There are spaces available on every tour. A few months before each tour begins, Ricciotti announces who will join the tour, and who will not. That is, then, also the moment at which it becomes clear what instruments are still needed. The column on the right lists the places still open for the next tour.

The Ricciotti ensemble is an orchestra for advanced amateurs and those studying music as a profession. Auditions are only open to musicians aged thirty years or younger. The average age of a Ricciotti musician is 22 years old.
